i actually went to exercise today...

woke up super eary 2 day since meeting ching at 8 like tat
spam msg 2 n call 2 him 2 wake him up
den went 2 drink milo
den rush 2 bathe n find cloths
den went off le
took mrt down 2 bedok went 2 his house 2 meet him

den left 2 go jogging le
den b4 going out he passed mi $2 den i brought $2 also
no place 2 keep so i keep in my shoes...
den on the way 2 the fitness corner
gt jog abit..
den 1 of the $2 went missing..
could b while i doing push up den take off shoes my $2 fly away..
nvm la =/

so after the warm up thr
went 2 jog le

all i can say is i jogged 1/4 of the reserivor n walk 3/4 of it =D
pro rite? i noe xD
but actually i would jog more
dunno y stomach gt abit pain leh.

later ching very kind wait 4 mi somewhr
den reached tat point sat down n rest 4 awhile b4 walking back 2 his house

at his house slacked thr alot
after awhile went 2 change n wash up abit
den see him play poker
help him fix his lappy the wireless

later he went bathe n change le
we went 4 lunch
den saw phone sarah msg mi saying wan go kallend ask mi folo 4 the member..
so ching very kind after we eat finish still early he let mi go back his house slack awhile b4 going meet her

while waiting 4 her 2 ok

after tat took cab again back 2 mrt n den went home le..
wa very very very very very tiring day but really fun =]
